Directions for use: Apply neat to toenails 2 times a day for 3-6 months for fungal infections of the toenails (cover your toenail with a plaster to avoid staining your socks).
For skin infections, it is best to dilute the neem oil to 5% in another base oil such as Sesame oil before applying to the skin.
Here's a great recommendation from a Pukka customer for treating head lice following BBC2's 'Grow your own drugs' programme on using Neem Oil:
Take a bottle of conditioner 3 or 4/5's full, top up with warmed neem oil so there are no solids in the oil (it's very approximate), add some tea tree essential oil and shake really well. Wet hair, rub in conditioner, leave on for 5 minutes combing or brushing through (to make sure it gets right down to the roots), rinse off, shampoo once or twice. Apply every night for up to a week, nit combing every night afterwards (neem kills the lice, but nit combs get rid of the eggs).
